Only a few weeks in and my first single family contract signed in Memphis. Thanks for all the help so far! I love this stuff! So excited!

We started with RPP three weeks ago and this morning I signed a contract to start the purchase of two properties with awesome cash flow potential! Big big shout out to all the coaches who I've relied on a lot to double check cash flow calculations, contract negotiations, building codes. They've also provided me with contacts like lenders and cpas which I've found to be invaluable as a trusted referral goes a longgggg way.

I got a quad plex and a duplex under contract last 24 hours. 6 more doors to portfolio and cash flowing over $3000.00. This will give me 9 doors in five months 🙂

Had my first offer accepted and am under contract! Today is day 90 of the program and exactly 90 days from knowing nothing about real estate investing.

I used to think that I could only do investing if I had 100, 200k. Courtney and I just closed on our 1st out of state BRRRR property last Monday. Using $0 out of pocket money. I just closed on my first property today. Huge shoutout to the coaches. Most of my calls have been with Rob and Tim, and There is nothing they dont know. These guys helped me immensely not just with the usual business stuff, they also gave me genuine human advice , and encouragement. I’ve been in the program about two and a half months and now is when the real work begins, but I am extremely grateful for having John, Tim, and Rob to call on and not navigate this by myself. THANK YOU!!!!!

Closed a 9-unit in CT. Added 14 doors to our portfolio since November.

Just got an accepted offer on a new primary today. Since we started in September this marks property #5 and door 12.

As of TODAY, I'm under contract for my 5th door!!!!!! That happened way faster than I anticipated, but I sure ain't complainin!! 😃🥳❤️‍🔥

I’m closing on a duplex tomorrow in Columbus, OH. It appraised 20k higher than I expected 💃🏻

I have known John and worked with him for 3 yrs. I have learned so much from him regarding real estate. He is a wealth of knowledge, is easy to talk to, and always answers my 'dumb' questions with a smile. 😉 Through his coaching he has given me the confidence to succeed in real estate. He's able to speak in a way that makes the most difficult subjects easy to follow and understand. Because we all know some of the real estate topics are a little dry....lol But seriously, John is a great instructor and coach, I highly recommend any class he's teaching!

Finally I got to the chapter of rehab class video, but way better I can practice in my first rental property. this week I am celebrating I closed in my first property last Friday. yesterday I changed all utilities under my name. GC is working in the rehab quote. tomorrow I am officially going to admire my 6 months of hard work, together with this great family Rental Property Pro. I am a HAPPY Home OWNER!!!!!

Celebrating a small but meaningful win today! After going through a lot of storms with my property in Maryland, I was finally able to refinance — and the appraisal came out strong. It was a big relief after months of stress. The first time I tried to refinance, the valuation came out really low. So I waited about 3–4 months to let the property season a bit — and this time, the appraisal came out $50,000 higher than the initial one. That waiting period made a huge difference, and it was definitely worth it. On top of that, I just closed on a new property in Tennessee! This journey has not been easy — definitely far from smooth — but moments like this remind me that the challenges are shaping me just as much as the wins. Thank you to this group and all the mentors who have supported and guided me special me to Tim Tyszka. Your advice and encouragement truly matter. Grateful to be on this journey with you all. Sometimes the turning point comes right after the breakdown. Sometimes the storm is the breakthrough.
