John Blackburn’s real estate journey began in college, when a friend convinced him to pursue his real estate license. Despite starting his career during the 2008 financial crisis, John’s perseverance and determination led him to a successful path in real estate investing. Through mentorship, he transitioned from struggling agent to seasoned investor, building a portfolio that allowed him to retire early and help his family achieve financial freedom.
With over 18 years of experience and over 1,800 properties bought and sold, mostly rental homes, John is passionate about teaching others that success is built on hard work, mentorship, and resilience. He now focuses on helping others navigate the real estate market and has helped students acquire 6,000+ properties, totaling $700M+ in rental properties, and generate $1.5M+ in monthly cash flow toward their own financial independence. He has also personally raised $200M+ in private money.
TIM TYSZKA
Tim brings a rare blend of left-brain precision and hands-on real-estate savvy to the RPP coaching team. By day he serves as Controller at a steel manufacturer, where his accounting expertise keeps multimillion-dollar operations running smoothly. By night he’s CEO of Twin Lion Properties, a company he founded to flip houses, build rental portfolios, and mentor new investors.
A graduate of the entire Rental Property Pro curriculum, Tim has used our frameworks to source, renovate, and manage profitable deals in multiple markets. Long before joining the staff, he was the first voice many students heard in our private community—answering questions, running numbers, and even hopping on impromptu phone calls simply because he loves seeing others win. As our lead Coach, Tim now channels that same generosity into one-on-one coaching calls, group sessions, and deal analyses. Expect rock-solid math, candid feedback, and a coach who celebrates every milestone right alongside you.

ROB MCINTOSH
Rob McIntosh brings an incredible wealth of experience to the table. He’s not only a seasoned real estate investor but also a highly successful entrepreneur and business owner. Rob co-founded Arcane Properties LLC, where he’s been involved in fix & flips, rental properties of all sizes, and commercial real estate projects since 2001. With over 20 years in the industry, Rob has developed a knack for tackling challenging projects—turning underutilized or distressed properties into their highest and best use.
His expertise extends beyond real estate, having also run a multimillion-dollar vintage auto parts business and a specialty book printing company with global reach. Rob isn’t just a hands-on investor; he’s also a highly experienced coach, having completed over 12,000 coaching calls with some of the top coaching and education programs in the country. We are beyond excited to have Rob join us in supporting and guiding our RPP students. His depth of knowledge, passion for mentorship, and proven success in the field make him an invaluable addition to the team.

RICARDO RIOS SANCHEZ
Ricardo was one of Rental Property Pro’s very FIRST students and we are thrilled to have him as one of our Coaches now.
With over 11 years of leadership experience as a military police officer in the U.S. Air Force, Ricardo became involved in real estate investing in 2021. Since then, he has successfully acquired, renovated, and managed long-term and short-term rentals, partnered on multiple fix-and-flip projects, and formed investment partnerships to scale larger opportunities. Ricardo is very knowledgeable with VA loans and has helped many other new investors secure their first investment properties.
He currently rse Las Vegas, works in high-ticket remote sales; which, allows him to leverage his expertise in negotiation and relationship-building to grow his wealth. He is always focused on growth and new opportunities, he thrives on tackling challenges and collaborating with dynamic teams.

JEN JOSEY
After 16 years wrangling middle-schoolers and another six navigating the health-insurance maze, Jen traded lesson plans for deal analyses and hasn’t looked back. Today she co-leads the Raleigh-based Jolific family of companies—flipping houses, stacking rentals, running an investor-friendly brokerage, and (because “why not”) a construction arm built around her husband Vance’s GC license.
But building businesses is only half her story. In 2019 Jen launched REIGN—The Real Estate Investor Growth Network, a virtual mastermind and hit podcast that delivers weekly strategy and straight-talk motivation to investors around the globe. She’s logged thousands of coaching calls with Tarek El Moussa’s team, keynoted stages nationwide, and penned From Beginner to Badass—an Amazon-published playbook that turns rookies into action-takers. Add multiple certifications in mindset and performance coaching, and you get a mentor who rewires both numbers and nerves.

ROBERT MCCLUNG
Born and raised in Southern California, Robert McClung is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, and strategic financing expert with over 13 of experience in mortgage lending and real estate. As a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, Realtor, and BRRRR investor, Robert has helped more than 4,500 clients secure financing and facilitated over $1 billion in loan volume, including more than 1,000 investment property loans.
Known for his relationship-driven approach, analytical mindset, and ability to solve complex financing challenges, Robert specializes in helping investors strategically structure deals and confidently scale their portfolios. As an active investor himself, he personally owns multiple long-term rental properties acquired through the BRRRR strategy, giving him firsthand experience navigating the same investing journey many students are pursuing.
Before joining the RPP coaching team, Robert spent years managing and mentoring mortgage professionals, training more than 100 loan officers while building successful lending operations throughout his career. His entrepreneurial background spans multiple industries, including real estate, media production, and launching an independent record label early in his business journey.
