Is it hard to find money to do your 1st deal if you have no experience?

Not difficult. There are actually banks that specialize in lending to new investors. I provide all of those banks to you in this course. Plus, I always encourage every investor to start raising private money the very 1st day they decide they are going to start buying rentals.

I don’t have time to do all this work, I just have money that I want to invest. Will this course still help me?

ABSOLUTELY! For investors who are blessed with money but not a lot of time, there are investment opportunities available where all the work (rehab, management, etc.) has been done for you, you just have to buy the property. In the course I connect you with the teams I have worked with for over 10 years to provide you with these properties.

How do I know if a property is a good deal?

What happens when the real estate market crashes again?

I can’t wait! That just means everything will be on sale! Historically rental demand increases when we are in times of economic crisis. I have already been through one crash and to be honest, I can’t wait for the next one to buy as many houses as I can.

Do you sell sections of this course separately?

At this time I do not. I may in the future but I truly feel that having all of these sections together as one greatly improves the success of all my students.

Can I successfully invest in rental properties by doing this part-time?

100%! My father-in-law started out devoting only 5-10 hours a week and he was able to recreate his W-2 income in 5 years with cash flow from rental properties.

What is the #1 thing you would have done differently when you started investing?

Started investing sooner. Time can either be our biggest friend or our biggest enemy. The longer we wait to start investing, the more of an enemy time becomes. I always wish I had started buying rentals sooner.

Do you do any marketing to find rental properties to buy?

Personally, I do market to find rental properties. With that being said, my marketing only accounts for about 40-50% of properties I buy. The other 50-60% of the properties I purchase are found through good old grass roots.

Do I get tax benefits for owning real estate?

Real estate provides some of the best tax write offs the IRS has to offer. It’s a great way to create a lot of income for yourself and to NOT pay a lot of taxes on that income.

Can buying rental properties really get me out of my 9-5 jobs?

I have done it, my father-in-law has done it, and I have helped 100’s of other investors achieve this very goal. It most certainly can be done!

How did your father-in-law create so much so quickly?

He trusted the process and took action. There was nothing that held him back and he wasn’t stopped dead in his tracks by the word “NO”. The system works, you just need to be willing to follow it.

With that being said, the more money you have, the more quickly you can scale BUT you do not have to have a lot of money to be successful at buying rentals.

My best friend from high school convinced me while in college to get my real estate license and work with him at his parents real estate agency in my hometown. It was the best decision I ever made UNTIL I graduated from college in 2008. Do you remember what happened to real estate in 2008? Yea, it wasn’t pretty.


The moment I took that cap and gown off, I got a big dose of reality - no one was safe when it came to their jobs, income, or financial future UNLESS they were in FULL control of it.

The Problem

At that time, the world seemed like it was imploding and everywhere I looked I only found uncertainty. I had friends with degrees from some of the best colleges in the country and they were working at Starbucks just to keep their heads above water.


I was a traditional real estate agent and there were no banks willing to lend on properties let alone buyers that wanted to purchase them. I was in a world of hurt.
